# What Clients Say After Closing

Verified, sourced, with full transaction details disclosed (with permission).

The testimonials below are from clients who completed a transaction with Muse Marbella between 2024 and 2026. We do not use stock testimonials, paid endorsements, or testimonials sourced from third-party affiliate networks. Every entry is from a named individual or named family who held title to a Marbella property at completion.

## How we collect testimonials

We send a single review request fourteen days after the escritura signing. Fourteen days is deliberate — past the closing-week ego, before the small operational details fade from memory. The email asks two open questions: what worked, and what we could have done better. There is no incentive offered for leaving a review. Participation is opt-in only and we honour anonymisation requests at the byline level (for example, "Tech founder, San Francisco" instead of a name and city).

If a client agrees to public attribution, we ask for written confirmation of which transaction details may be shared — the zone, the property type, and the price band are typically included; the exact street address and the precise transaction price are not, unless the client explicitly authorises disclosure.

We publish the testimonial as supplied. We do not edit for grammar beyond minor typo corrections, and we never edit for substance. If a testimonial includes constructive criticism, that criticism appears on the page exactly as written, with our public response below.

## How to leave a review

Three routes, in order of preference:

1. **Trustpilot** — [trustpilot.com/review/musemarbella.es](https://www.trustpilot.com/review/musemarbella.es) — public, platform-verified, integrates with our SERP rich-snippet display. This is our preferred channel for buyers and sellers who would like the review to support our wider SEO presence.
2. **Google Business Profile** — leave a review directly on our [Google Business Profile listing](https://www.google.com/maps?cid=PLACEHOLDER_GBP_CID) — feeds directly into the Marbella local pack and is the highest-impact channel for clients searching for a local agency.
3. **Reply to our post-closing email** — if you would prefer to send a private testimonial that we ask permission to publish, simply reply to the email we send fourteen days after escritura.

Where transaction details are disclosed (zone, price band, transaction type), they are accurate to the best of our records at time of publication and have been confirmed with the client.

Muse Marbella is a registered Spanish real estate agency operating from Avenida Arias Maldonado 2, Marbella 29602. Founder Max Bykov is the responsible commercial agent. All transactions are processed through accredited Spanish gestoría and notary partners.

If you have closed a transaction with us and have not received a review request, please email [max@musemarbella.es](mailto:max@musemarbella.es) — the request may have been filtered as promotional.
